Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on your chosen plan.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Credits included in your subscription plan are valid for the duration stated and will expire if unused.
- One-time credit pack purchases are non-recurring and credits expire as stated at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of AI generation services, each credit consumed incurs immediate server computing costs. Therefore, consumed credits are non-refundable.
- If you have not used any credits from a newly purchased subscription or credit pack, you may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase.
- In case of technical errors (e.g., failed payment, duplicate charges, credits not delivered), please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
- All refund requests should be sent to support@snapstyleai.com. We will respond within 3 business days.
- We recommend trying the free tier first to experience the product before making a purchase.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
SnapStyle AI provides a custom user interface for AI-powered image and video generation. Our platform is an independent product that integrates with third-party AI models to deliver its services.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model providers.
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results. Users should review all generated content carefully before use.
- You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
